Bookings and availability

Bookings can be made online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you receive no response from Reserva Ltd when booking, please use our contact form to inform us of the problem.  On receipt of deposit or full payment, your booking is guaranteed.

Payment

As availability is confirmed in real time, a deposit of 25% of the total amount (or full payment if less than 8 weeks prior to departure) is required to secure the booking.  The remaining balance is payable to the manager/owner of the villa/apartment.  We take debit or credit card and Paypal™ payments.  Please be aware that your you will not be charged any additional amount for use of credit card, debit card or Paypal™.  Your booking is not guaranteed until deposit or full payment has been received.

Further Terms & Conditions:

  1. The booking is confirmed when you make payment to Reserva Ltd.  Payment will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.  The deposit is non refundable in cases of cancellation.  The balance of the cost is payable to the owner/agent 8 weeks prior to the departure date.  If a booking is being made less than 8 weeks before departure then full payment is required.  If not paid by the due date, cancellation will be assumed by Reserva Ltd and the owner/agent.  The property will be made available for re-letting with consequent loss of deposit.  Once paid, the balance is also non-refundable in the case of cancellation by you for whatever reason.
  2. In the unlikely event that Reserva Ltd or the owner/agent have to cancel the accommodation booking, that booking will be subject to the owner/agents Terms and Conditions
  3. Your Reserva Ltd booking relates to accommodation only.  Flights, transfers and car hire (where applicable), are still the direct responsibility of you.  Reserva Ltd publish different Terms and Conditions for each Website i.e Reservaflight.com.  You must read these terms and conditions carefully, and agree to them when making any booking through Reserva Ltd.
  4. Reserva Ltd, service providers, owners and their representatives cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage howsoever caused.
  5. Any parties booking a property must arrange adequate personal holiday travel insurance through a reputable company.  Reserva Ltd cannot be held responsible for their actions.
  6. Reserva Ltd, the owners and their agents cannot accept any responsibility for the breakdown of public services including water, electricity or any other lack of facility which is beyond our control.  In the event of a breakdown of any equipment in the property or swimming pool where applicable, please notify the local management with immediate effect.
  7. The property owners and their agents reserve the right to visit the property at any time to carry out essential maintenance work, pool cleaning, gardening and routine inspections.  Where possible, you will be informed of this.
  8. Only the guests named/indicated on the Reserva Ltd booking confirmation form are to occupy the property.  Any extra guests must notify the owner or house management and arrange payment for stay as taken.  Failure to do so may result in loss of bond monies.  The accommodation provided is for the use of the number of clients shown on the booking form and final invoice.
  9. Sub letting, sharing or assignment is strictly prohibited.
  10. All information supplied/originating from Reserva Ltd is correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge.  We cannot, however, be held responsible for changes made that we are not made aware of or are indeed beyond our control.  All distances and measurements given are approximate and should be used as a guide only.
